February is going to be a busy month for Bethlehem Harvest! We have a fresh load of whole grains arriving from Wheat Montana Farms, and large orders coming in from our other whole foods providers. After allowing our stock to dwindle across the holiday season, we will be fully stocked with fresh grains, legumes and baking supplies – ready and eager to assist your family.
On Saturday, February 17th and Monday, February 19th, we will also be hosting our Bethlehem Harvest Open House and offering some bread baking classes.
In case you are new to Bethlehem Harvest, here is how it works:
- Take a look at our February Price list:Â Bethlehem Harvest Product List – February 2018
- Determine what products you would like for your family.
- Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your shopping list.
- Receive an e-mail confirmation from Bethlehem Harvest
- Come pick up your order at our home in Friendswood.
It is as easy as that, but here are a few more details just to clarify:
Bethlehem Harvest’s current price list can be found at this link: Bethlehem Harvest Product List – February 2018 There are several items on sale this month, so please look the list over carefully. If you have any questions about the products we offer or if there is an item not on our list that you would like to purchase in bulk, please drop us a note at email@example.com. We will get back to you with additional information within 24 hours.
Our order deadline this month is Sunday, February 11th. We will process the orders and make sure we have all of the items our customers have requested in stock in time for our Open House. After you place your order, we will reply via e-mail confirming that it has been received. If you don’t hear back from us within 24 hours, we did not hear from you! Occasionally orders get lost in cyberspace, so please don’t hesitate to check.
Our Bethlehem Harvest Open House will be held on Saturday, February 17th and Monday, February 19th.  Since Bethlehem Harvest is a part time business, we set aside these days as the primary opportunity for our customers to come to our home in Friendswood and pick up their orders. We will be available to help you between 9:00 and 5:00 on either day. If you cannot pick up your order on one of those days, or if you are from out of the area and will be in our neck of the woods on a different day, we are happy to arrange for another pick up time that works for both of our schedules. We have a lot of customers that travel a distance to pick up products, and we will do our best to accommodate transportation schedules.
Do you live on the southwest side of Houston? Consider letting our friend, Melissa, bring your order closer to home. For a $10 fee, Melissa will pick up your order and bring it to her home in Missouri City, saving you a trip across town. If you’d like to opt in, just let us know and we will connect you with Melissa!
Let me know if you have any questions. I am out of the country until February 10th (see the post about my world travels!) The best way to reach me at the moment is via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). My phone number is 281-797-8932, but that won’t be working again until after I return to the States.
