Is your pantry ready for fall baking? In a few days, it will officially be autumn and the scents of pumpkin spice, apple cinnamon, and freshly baked bread will be filling our homes. My plan for this month is to have homemade soup and bread each Thursday (Let me know if you want to come- or if you want my recipes.) When the temperatures drop (even a little) I want to cook, bake, and share all the time!
My to do list this first full week of September centers around making sure my pantry is filled with a good supply of staples to allow me to make delicious and nutritious meals and treats for my family and friends.
Bethlehem Harvest will help me accomplish all of these to do items:
* Refill 5 gal buckets of grain- Prairie Gold (hard white), Bronze Chief (hard Red), Spelt, Barley, Millet, Quinoa, Rice
* Refill 1 gallon jars- Einkorn, Buckwheat, Rye, Corn, Red, Black, and White Beans, Lentils
* Restock- Honey, Coconut oil, Olive oil, Salt, Yeast, Vegalene, Parchment paper
* Order fresh spices, seasonings, and herbs
* Order new bread pans- 8″, 10″, 12″, Pullman, and Dutch Oven (this one is on my Christmas wishlist)
Do you need any of these for your pantry? Many grains and staples are in stock, and ready for pick up. Bulk orders will be placed with suppliers starting this week.
