At Bethlehem Harvest we are working hard to keep an ample supply of bulk organic grains, legumes and baking supplies on hand for our Houston area customers. This week we will be receiving a 4,000 pound shipment of grain from Wheat Montana Farms – shipped straight from Montana to our front door!
Bethlehem Harvest is pleased to offer Wheat Montana Farms products featuring Prairie Gold, a hard white wheat, and Bronze Chief, a hard red wheat. These grains are both high in protein and are specifically suited to baking breads that are both beautiful and nutritious. If you need to restock your wheat supply, now is a great time. Both Prairie Gold and Bronze Chief are available as they come from Wheat Montana Farms in 25 lb. bags, or as repackaged by Bethlehem Harvest in 5 lb. bags. For more information or to place an order go to bethlehemharvestorders – Wheat Montana Farms.
Bethlehem Harvest is also restocking our other grains, legumes and baking supplies on an ongoing basis. You can go to bethlehemharvestorders.com at any time to place an order for the products you need for your family. If the products are listed as “Available for Immediate Pick Up”, then your products are in stock and can be ready for pick up at our home in Friendswood at your convenience. If products are listed as “Backordered” they are not on our shelf at the moment, but if you go ahead an place an order, we can have it in your hands very soon. We will let you know the availability date once your order is placed. There is no need to pay for your order in advance.

We are continuing to care for customers with keen awareness to the special needs of a Covid-19 world. We are thankful that our customers have all been so understanding and cooperative with the unfriendly feel of socially distanced interactions. We wish so much that we could greet you more warmly and invite you into our home as in the past, but for now we will smile and wave, have conversations through masks, do deliveries into your car instead of into your hands. As awkward as these things are, they are the means by which we love and care for one another.
We wish you all many hours of happy baking, and the opportunity to enjoy the things you create with those you love.
